The myth of the dominant dog must be one of the top 10 in “stickiest erroneous beliefs”.
I wonder if its appeal lies in an inherent need to feel superior to dogs or create an excuse for people who secretly actually are entertained by their dogs and then are surprised .What started out as a cute “antic” has grown into a major nuisance.
